This online professional development course, offered with support from The McConnell Foundation, will draw from Canada’s Ecofiscal Commission’s reports on congestion pricing, water and wastewater user fees and solid waste pricing. It also follows on our successful course offered at the federal and provincial levels, “Designing market-based instruments for the environment”.
